We are a club with a 20 year trajectory at a state and national level, forming great youth teams and superb players in North Miami, FL.
We are convinced that we fulfill a socialization function, where physical and human development go hand in hand. We thoroughly believe in a commitment to our community. For that reason, we are a meeting place for hundreds of families who share a passion for soccer. Our commitment is in the development of young and older players through important foundations while always seeking competitive excellence at the highest level with dedication, participation and an excellent environment.

Founding Member

Diego is one of the founding members of our club since it started in 2002. He has coached multiple of our youth teams throughout our 20 year trajectory while also being the head of administration. He currently has stepped down as a coach but continues to support our club in administrative ways.

Jorge Cuina
Founding member

Jorge is another founding member of our club since 2002. He has a combined experience of 30+ years as a player/coach. He serves as sporting director for our club as well as a coach. He holds a National US C license and has coached all age groups in the youth brackets from U5 to U19.

Gustavo Montes
Member since 2004

Gustavo joined our club in 2004 and is a club partner together with Jorge and Diego. He has helped build the club to what it is today, strictly developing many young players that have gone off to play soccer at college levels. Gustavo is the coach with the teams that have won the most cups and tournaments for Soccer Paradise.

Diego as a founding member of the club, has been with us since the beginning, in the position of administrative director. This, together with his professional career, has made him essential for our club. An invaluable contribution for which we will always be grateful and in which we place all our trust.

Silvana Pace
Administrative Manager and Public Relations

Silvana has been with Paradise as head secretary since 2007 and has been with our club throughout every move ever since. She is fluent in two languages: English and Spanish. She has performed numerous roles for our club, but her extensive hands-on experience is what makes Silvana one of the most valuable assets to our organization. As administrative manager and head of public relations, Silvanas responsibilities include: Player registrations, uniform coordinator for players and coaches, all club communications, club registrar, and parent relations.

Agustin Cuina

Agustin has been a part of Soccer Paradise since he was 5 years old as a player and then a coach. Agustins responsibilities now include: Social media administration, website administration, player photography, equipment management, and business administration tasks. He also forms part of the new NSL adult teams coaching staff.

Jorge Cuina
Jorge has great experience, high capacity, many accolades and mostly a great commitment to the club. For that reason, he was appointed and has been our sporting director since 2005. His bond with all the players and coaches of our club is unmatched and his energy towards pushing the club forward is a main reason why we are still going 20 years strong.

Santiago Cuina 
Head coach of our U9/10 and U12 Teams
Santiago has been a player at Soccer Paradise since he was 5 years old also. He grew up developing at the club with our core values as a player being coached by both Diego Cichero and Gustavo Montes. He started coaching as assistant to Agustin for our younger categories. When he gained more experience, he took over as head coach of the younger categories to develop early player motor skill mechanics and continue teaching our club's methodologies. Santiago played on the South Broward's boys soccer team for one year, and he also has experience playing in semi professional leagues such as NSL and UPSL.

Gustavo Lemos Moure
Assistant Coach for our U9/10 and U12 Boys Teams
Gustavo joined the Soccer Paradise academy at 13 years old as a player. He further developed his skill at the club with coach Jorge until he was 18. Gustavo is new to our coaching staff but is very familiar with the ideologies of our club and is eager to continue teaching our club's methodologies in our youth teams. He has joined Gustavo Montes as assistant coach for the 2022/2023 season. Gustavo has experience playing in semi professional leagues such as NSL and UPSL in the north and south regions of Florida.

Gustavo Montes
Head Coach of our U14/15/16 Teams
Gustavo has been with the club since 2004. Born in Argentina, he has a combined experience of 30+ years as a player/coach. His playing career goes up to a professional level in Argentina playing in 2nd division teams when he was younger. He currently holds a National US D License. Gustavo has coached many teams from U9 to U18 and is one of the coaches that has won the most cups and leagues in our club. He has a very straightforward approach to how his teams should play and teaches our youth players the fundamentals of soccer.

Jorge Cuina
Head coach of our U17/18/19 boys Teams and NSL Team
Jorge has 30+ years of experience as a player/coach. He currently holds a National US C license and is working towards his US B License. He has coached all age groups in the youth brackets from U5 to U19. His methodologies and tactics have helped many players understand the game better while also elevating their soccer IQ with his training sessions and ideologies. He has always worked in developing his players to play at the highest possible level, while building strong bonds with them. Jorge is currently coaching our U18/19 and our new NSL Adult team.

Santiago Montes
Coach Specialist for U14/15/16
Santiago has been a player at Soccer Paradise since he was 7 years old. He grew up developing at the club with our core values as a player being coached by Gustavo Montes. He developed his skills at the club until he was 18 years old. He started coaching as assistant to Gustavo Montes in the later years. He is currently part of coach Gustavo Montes coaching staff, helping him with practices and games in whatever he may need. He also helps to develop early player motor skill mechanics and  teaches our club's methodologies. Santiago has playing experience in the exterior (Spain, Costa Rica), and he also has experience playing in semi professional leagues such as NSL and UPSL.

Carlos Davini
Coach for NSL Team and Physical Trainer
Carlos or “Charly” started coaching in the U.S at Soccer Paradise back in 2014. Born in Argentina he has a combined experience of 30+ years as a player/coach. He played in Ferro and San Lorenzos youth academies in Argentina. He has a degree in Physical Education (IPF). Since then he has coached multiple other teams in other clubs in various prestigious tournaments such as the Dallas Cup. He holds a National US D License, AFA B License and is currently working on an AFA Pro License. His coaching spans to the youth teams in River Plate all the way to U18 in the U.S. Currently he is joint coach with Jorge Cuina for our NSL Adult Team.

Agustin Cuina
Coach specialist for U9/10/12/17/18/19
With more than 15 years of experience as a player and 10 years as a coach. He grew up developing at the club with our core values as a player being coached by both Jorge Cuina and Carlos Davini. Agustin started coaching at a young age as an assistant for our younger categories. As he gained more experience, he started to coach almost all age groups, but primarily focused on the younger categories to develop early player motor skill mechanics and to teach our club's methodologies. Agustin played on the Broward Colleges Men's Soccer team for two years, and in semi professional leagues such as NSL and UPSL as well as also having experience playing out in the exterior (Mexico, Argentina).
